About Me.

Growing up, sports were my passion, but I battled with body image issues because of my weight. Despite being able to hit the ball further, move an opponent effortlessly on the gridiron, or swiftly pinning them down on a mat, I still didn't feel comfortable in my skin.

After college football, I embarked on a journey in the military, where my focus shifted to running and calisthenics. While I experienced some initial success in weight loss and transformation, I found myself continually falling short of my goals. Even as I ventured into training for obstacle course races and ultramarathons post-military, the results remained elusive.

It wasn't until recently, after 35 years of trial and error, that everything clicked. Drawing from my experiences in sports, military training, and personal experimentation with diet, I finally achieved the body I had always dreamed of.

Now, as a personal trainer, I'm here to share not just the techniques and exercises, but the hard-earned wisdom and insight gained from my own journey. My mission is to empower others to surpass their limitations, break through barriers, and achieve their fitness aspirations – just as I did.

Join me, and together, let's unlock your true potential and sculpt the body you desire!
