Bryan is not only an outstanding athlete but also a fantastic coach and trainer. I had the opportunity to participate in workouts designed by Bryan over a three-year period when we worked together in the Navy. Bryan led our command fitness program, the best I have seen in over 27 years. Bryan is adept at structuring routines using everything from high end gym equipment to body weight exercises. He is creative and his workouts will challenge people of all fitness levels. I still utilize the principles he taught me including circuit type strength sessions that keep your heart rate elevated. I highly encourage anyone looking for a trainer to consider Bryan.

I served with Bryan while assigned to a Navy squadron. He was and still is highly motivated and acutely intelligent. As one of our Command Fitness Leaders (CFL's), he would consistently come up with creative, scalable, and challenging workouts for both the entire command as well as the small, more highly trained expeditionary team he was assigned to. He was always researching the latest and most effective ways to develop someone physically and set a great example as one of the fittest Sailors I've had the pleasure of serving with.

Bryan and I served in the Navy together as air traffic controllers. He has always been a genuine, hard-working, goal oriented , and uplifting person to be around. We worked together as command fitness leaders, and his cardio game has always been top-notch. I've witnessed him set and achieve goals to gain mass and strength, and I've seen him drop weight to achieve more definition. He is an inspiring individual that I am lucky to call a friend and brother!
